RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are gladly accepted.  If the item has arrived damaged or faulty,  a replacement or refund is given. Please provide images of the damage when contacting Katezart.

If the item is not damaged, and customer is not happy with the sizes of the product, the customer must pay return postage for the item.

All products that need sizes, have them in their descriptions. It is up to the customer to ensure they are aware of sizes before buying.

Upon receipt of the unwanted goods, a refund will be sent promptly to the original payment method.

PET PORTRAIT ITEMS

Kate sends photos to customers of their pet items before posting, to ensure customer satisfaction.

 If the customer is not happy upon receipt of the product, a return to alter can be arranged. Due to being a bespoke item, and the precautions taken in place to avoid disappointment, Kate has the right to not allow refunds of the goods.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

Royal mail is used for posting,  delivery times may vary for the forseeable with the covid period still causing disruption.

Items are sent in compostable envelopes, cardboard boxes, using newspaper and tissue paper, and brown paper also.

Kate tries to ensure all packaging is recyclable, and totally emplores re usage of packaging too!

 Katezart Designs started in 2011.

Inspired by a tea for one set, I decided to buy my own ceramic paints to try painting my own ceramics.

     The tea for one, that started it all

I wasn't a sewing person ,but the business has grown in to being 70% sewing.

I was supported by The Princes trust, who helped me get on my feet with the business.

I'm still good friends with my mentor too. I would absolutely recommend getting involved with the trust if you're looking for help.

Lots of firsts shared in this post. There has been epic progression in every aspect of what I do.

Nine years on from the first painted teapot, I have created an array of products that sell all across the world via my other platforms  Etsy, Amazon, Ebay and Amazon handmade.

I wanted a site that reflected the business the best. I hope you like it!
