The work room where the magic happens!  I can promise you that 99% of the time, it does not look this tidy!

The person behind it all!  Kate.  I also do not look this tidy all the time either.

 Katezart Designs started in 2011.

Inspired by a tea for one set, I decided to buy my own ceramic paints to try painting my own ceramics.

The tea for one, that started it all

.  One of the first teapots painted  Dec 2011

The first business logo

The first shop opened in 2013

The first pencil drawing that started the route to paper and fabric  December 2015

One of the first sets of paper, March 2016.

Thousands of sets have been sold worldwide.

First sample of fabric. The fabric has evolved immensely.

I wasn't a sewing person ,but the business has grown in to being 70% sewing.

Stock at Twycross zoo. One of my proudest and biggest achievements.

I was supported by The Princes trust, who helped me get on my feet with the business.

I'm still good friends with my mentor too. I would absolutely recommend getting involved with the trust if you're looking for help.

Lots of firsts shared in this post. There has been epic progression in every aspect of what I do.

Nine years on from the first painted teapot, I have created an array of products that sell all across the world via my other platforms  Etsy, Amazon, Ebay and Amazon handmade.

I wanted a site that reflected the business the best. I hope you like it!
